One of the topics that comes up a lot with my senior leadership clients is the frustration and sometimes conflict with teams or customers.

I truly believe the best and most powerful way to encourage certain qualities and behaviour in others is to role model them yourself.

You may not like how someone else is being or behaving – however how are YOU behaving or being?
